over a million dollars in annual sales; and DC Legal Support, Inc., one of
the nation's first temporary agencies specializing the placement of
attorneys.

Prior to starting his business career, Robert practiced as an attorney at corporate law firms in New York and
Washington, DC. He also has a background in media programming and sales. While not currently a
practicing attorney, Robert's experience allows him to provide expert advice on the sale of small businesses
from the point of view of the business owner.
Robert is a graduate of Cornell University and Columbia University School of law and is a retired member of
the New York State Bar.

Susan has more than 20 years of experience starting, managing and selling
small businesses. Along with Robert, she co-founded BabysHere.com, Inc.,
